Depending on the area you are requesting localized cryotherapy treatment for, you will be asked to sit in one of our comfortable chairs or lay on our massage table. For more sensitive areas, we have a private room for your treatment.
  • Please dress appropriately. If you are requesting treatment to a knee, for example, please wear or bring shorts to change into. Ask our staff if you need a change of clothes. We try our best to accommodate our guests.
  • Engage in light, gentle movement to encourage blood flow and aid in the healing process after your treatment session. Avoid strenuous exercise or activities that may strain the treated area immediately after the session.
